Pursuant to Rule 2.420 of the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, any person may request access to judicial branch records that are in the possession and control of the Fourth Judicial Circuit. “Requests for access to judicial branch records shall be in writing” and should be directed to:

Your request must contain “sufficient specificity” so that we can “identify the requested records” however, the “reason for the request is not required to be disclosed.” Please be sure to include your contact information, including an email address if possible, so that we may contact you regarding your request.
Following the submission of your public records request, you will be contacted with a response or with an estimate of the cost to complete the response. Please note that, if there is a cost associated with the completion of the response, payment of that cost will be required prior to the response being provided to you pursuant to § 119.07(4), Florida Statutes.
Acceptable forms of payment include a personal check or a cashier’s check, however we do not accept cash.
