Continuing Legal Education (CLE):
The Duval County Law Library maintains a collection of Florida Bar Association CLE programs for circulation to the legal professional community. This collection encompasses a variety of topics and is updated periodically. The programs are in CD format with some CLE’s containing a USB flash drives in lieu of print support materials. The collection is searchable in the Library Catalog under the title of CLE courses. Details for CLE courses are available on the Florida Bar website:

CLE courses may be checked out by attorneys for an initial period of 14 days. A fee of $40.00 will be charged for each CLE course except the annual Survey of Florida Law, which is free of charge for the initial 14-day period (overdue fines and fees still apply). All CLE courses may be renewed for an additional 14 days for a fee of $10.00. Any CLE course retained beyond 28 days will result in the patron being charged for the cost of the CLE course. Attorneys are charged $5.00 per day for overdue CLE course material.
